Refund Policy

At TP Guiders, we are committed to delivering high-quality reputation management services, especially our Trustpilot review services, designed to help businesses improve their online presence and credibility.

We understand that you may have questions or concerns regarding order delivery and service performance. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be provided.

1. Fulfillment Time

1.1 TP Guiders aims to complete most Trustpilot review orders within 7 business days from the order date.

1.2 However, in some cases, delivery may take longer due to factors such as reviewer availability or review moderation by Trustpilot.

2. Trustpilot System & Review Removal

2.1 Trustpilot uses automated systems and moderation processes to maintain platform quality. Sometimes, reviews may be removed if they are flagged or do not meet their guidelines.

2.2 If any review posted through our service is removed, TP Guiders will take responsibility for addressing the issue once the client informs us.

3. Replacement Policy

3.1 If one or more reviews are removed, we will arrange replacement reviews by assigning new reviewers.

3.2 It is the client’s responsibility to inform us promptly about missing reviews. Please email us at tpguiders@gmail.com
with your order number and details.

3.3 Replacement reviews will not be identical to the original ones. However, we will try to maintain a similar positive tone and intent.

4. Replacement Timeframe

4.1 Once we receive your report about missing reviews, we will begin the replacement process.

4.2 Please allow up to 3 months from the reporting date for us to complete replacements. This ensures quality, authenticity, and proper posting.

5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

5.1 (a) If we fail to start the replacement process within 3 months after notification.

5.1 (b) If we are unable to replace missing reviews within 3 months, despite our efforts.

with your order details and issue description.

6. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided if:

6.1 (a) You did not allow the full 3-month timeframe for replacements.

6.1 (b) You did not report the missing reviews.

6.1 (c) Reviews were removed due to violations related to your Trustpilot account or activity.

6.1 (d) Your Trustpilot business profile has been removed or is no longer publicly visible.

7. Refund Process

7.1 TP Guiders reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its discretion.

7.2 Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.

8. Policy Updates

8.1 TP Guiders may update this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website or email.
